  • Assist the FADD in designing and facilitating training modules on active listening, recognizing signs of psychological distress, trauma management, and referral;
  • Support the FADD in establishing mechanisms for peer support, emotional debriefing, and burnout prevention. This will be achieved by proposing an institutional framework for psychological support for FADD staff; establishing forums for sharing best practices and conducting regular psychosocial debriefings; and, finally, raising awareness among teams about stress management and the prevention of secondary trauma;
  • Support the operation of counseling centers by improving coordination, intake procedures, and the partner referral network;
  • Contribute to mapping and strengthening links with local medical, psychiatric, and social service organizations.

  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

What we offer:

  • Monthly housing allowance;
  • Round-trip airfare with 2 checked bags;
  • Round-trip airfare for accompanying child(ren);
