This is a 2-3-month mandate based in Tunisia, in Sibi-Bouzid.
The mandate is part of the Equality in Action Voluntary Cooperation Programme (PCV), which is being rolled out in 12 countries and 3 regions over an eight-year period (2020-2028). The PCV aims to increase the involvement of local partners in the countries of intervention in inclusive, innovative and sustainable initiatives that will advance gender equality. Oxfam's role is to support these organisations, working with the most vulnerable and marginalised people, to claim and exercise their rights. Oxfam puts the rights of women, girls and vulnerable and marginalised people at the heart of all its actions.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Under the coordination of Oxfam Tunisia and in close collaboration with the ATAC team in Sidi Bouzid, your mandate will consist of:
a- Reviewing and updating ATAC's HR documentation in line with best practices in the non-profit sector.
b- Structuring and developing the human resources management system in line with NGO standards and methodologies.
c- Developing practical tools and resources for day-to-day administrative and HR management (dashboards, procedures, templates, etc.).
a- Designing and implementing a skills development and support/training programme for managers (recruitment, assessment, support, conflict management, etc.).
b- Integrating well-being and positive leadership into documentation, daily practices and team culture.
