ENVELOPE/ FINISHING SUPERINTENDENT Reporting to the VP & General Manager. 

The Envelope/Finishing Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site management, administrative direction, and technical direction on project construction. This role involves coordinating with various teams, including, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all envelope and finishing aspects of the project meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be responsible for (in coordination with the Project Manager) the management of technical documents related to the completion of the project.

Magil Construction is seeking a Field Engineer to join our team!

Reporting to the Field Operations Director, the Field Engineer will perform various duties while supporting the Site Superintendent. This position is also responsible for assisting in evaluation and solution of potential field problems as well as in the supervision of trade employees (e.g. electrical, piping, structural steel, rebar, duct work, etc.).

 MARKETING COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

Reporting to the Marketing/Proposal Manager, the Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator helps lead and support a wide variety of day-to-day administrative and marketing efforts across Magil Construction. The Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator helps Magil Construction be efficient and consistently professional in its approach to marketing and communications. This position will assist in the development and delivery of the overall marketing efforts of Magil Construction, and will support our work in respect of brand, social media, events, website content, communications, and internal customer service and will provide administrative office duties and provide support to the executive team.

The position reports to the HSE Manager and is responsible for ensuring the safety legislation and guidelines are followed. The incumbent will travel to worksites and assess/audit how employees and equipment are operating. The HSE Advisor will utilize strategic and interpersonal skills to work with all employees and the management team.

Reporting to the Chief Estimator, the Estimator is responsible for managing the procurement process for all assigned projects from the concept to lump sum tender, including participation in the contract letting and planning stage. This role is responsible for management of assigned estimating staff subcontractor/supplier relations and continual development of estimating procedures and processes to achieve the Company business plan. This position requires a highly experienced, dynamic leader with sound knowledge of fundamental estimating, excellent vendor and client relationship ability and business development.

Reporting to the Director of Construction Services, this position is responsible for the success of projects under his/her leadership in directing the overall operations.
