Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Superintendent is responsible for providing overall on-site management, administrative direction and technical direction on project construction. This position is also responsible for enforcing Company and project policies while ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

Pay $110,000 to $115,000

High-Rise Construction Superintendent

 We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Construction Superintendent to lead a 32-storey build in downtown London. The successful candidate will have successfully completed at least 1 high-rise project with experience through the exterior systems, finishes and phased occupancy to closeout.

Pay: $100,000 - $150,000
