Our Special Projects team is currently seeking a Site Superintendent based out of Mississauga/GTA West, Ontario to support projects across institutional and commercial environments.

This role will involve coordinating multiple projects across several active sites, including interior renovations, fit-outs, and small-scale additions. Work will frequently occur in occupied environments and may require after-hours scheduling to minimize disruption.

While this role will initially focus on a specific client group, successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of Special Projects work over time across different sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site activities across multiple projects, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met
  • Manage multiple projects across several sites, with the flexibility to support a range of project types as business needs evolve
  • Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to manage site logistics
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to access, sequencing, and site constraints
  • Monitor productivity and maintain strong control over timelines and deliverables
  • Travel between multiple job sites throughout the day

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, particularly in active or logistically complex environments
  • Experience with commercial interiors or institutional work is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across different project types and environments as assignments evolve
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
  • Flexibility to work evenings or after hours as required
  • Must be able to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check

Expected Compensation: $100,000-135,000

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to bring their perspective to the Special Projects team working out of our Mississauga office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project team, including Site Superintendent, Project Coordinator, client, and management, to deliver projects successfully
  • Review project specifications and scope to ensure accurate execution and completion
  • Manage contract documentation and maintain organized project records
  • Lead site meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and design professionals
  • Prepare and manage monthly progress billings to the client
  • Monitor project costs, including tracking and monthly forecasting
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules
  • Oversee project deficiencies and drive timely resolution Provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to Project Coordinator(s)

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in ICI construction, with a proven track record of leading projects from start to finish
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current building practices
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Experience with contract administration and subcontractor management
  • Effective communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project and Procore is an asset
  • Knowledge of Ontario construction regulations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
  • Gold Seal Certification or LEED accreditation considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person on site for all employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects across several sites, with the flexibility to support a range of project types as business needs evolve
  • Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to the management team
  • Adapt quickly to changing site conditions and project needs
  • Travel between multiple locations as required

  • 5–10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions on the fly

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for site staff, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects running concurrently across various locations
  • Manage multiple projects across several sites, with the flexibility to support a range of project types as business needs evolve
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality
  • Communicate updates, issues, and schedule impacts to the management team in real time
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence while travelling between multiple locations daily

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of site supervision experience (or similar)
  • Experience working in occupied or institutional environments is an asset
  • Strong communication and professionalism when interacting with clients and the public
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
