We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer to lead the preparation and coordination of RFQs, RFPs, and proposal submissions for ICI construction projects. This role works closely with leadership, estimating, operations, and business development teams to develop high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions that support successful project pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and submission of RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification packages
- Develop, write, and edit proposal content including executive summaries, methodology sections, and project profiles
- Translate technical input from estimating and operations teams into clear, client-focused narratives
- Ensure submissions meet all compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and deadlines
- Establish proposal schedules and coordinate internal reviews
- Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and project content libraries
- Support pursuit strategy discussions and proposal messaging
- Coordinate final production and submission of proposal documents
- Develop supporting materials for interviews, presentations, and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, or structured RFQ/RFP responses
- Experience within ICI construction, engineering, or professional services strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, compliant submissions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign

We are searching for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Special Projects team in Ajax, ON. Our ideal candidate is process oriented, has project management skills, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. This position reports to the Director of Special Projects for Ontario and is assigned to directly support Projects and Project Managers across Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to support the planning and execution of ICI construction projects
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities, including subcontractor follow-ups, progress tracking, and issue resolution
- Assist with change management, including coordination of change orders for pricing and execution
- Support quality control activities, including review of finishing work and management of deficiencies through project close-out
- Prepare, track, and follow up on technical questions, RFIs, shop drawings, and samples in accordance with project requirements
- Assist with project controls, including schedule updates, payment applications, and subcontractor billings
- Coordinate with consultants and design professionals to ensure timely delivery of drawings, specifications, and construction support
- Participate in site meetings and coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Travel between the office and active job sites is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (construction, building, or civil) or technical studies diploma (construction, architecture, or civil)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a construction or project coordination role, with exposure to ICI projects Experience supporting active job sites and project teams (scheduling, documentation, coordination, reporting)
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Working knowledge of Procore considered an asset

We are seeking an Estimator to join our growing Special Projects team in Ajax! Reporting to the Director, Special Projects, this role supports the full tendering and procurement process for small to mid-scale construction projects, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers from concept through contract award.
Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret and comprehend tender drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs from tender drawings
- Develop strategies to create a competitive edge
- Budget development
- Detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoff and accurate cost evaluation
- Subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, scope definition and clarification, risk evaluation and bid submission
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College diploma (technical in civil engineering, construction management, architecture) or Bachelor’s in Engineering
- At least 3 years of related experience in an estimating role
- Ability to logically sequence construction work and build project schedule
- Planning, scheduling and organization skills Proficiency with computer programs such as bid management and estimating software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) from CIQS would be an asset
- Experience working with Procore would be an asset
- Ability to travel is a requirement

PROJECT MANAGER- SPECIAL PROJECTS
Reporting to the Special Projects Operational Manager, this position is responsible for the success of projects under his/her leadership in directing the overall operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful team in a demanding, multi-project environment.
Pay: CA$85,000.00-CA$115,000.00 per year
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct, and ensure the implementation of construction projects entrusted in them
- Consult with the client and stakeholders to determine the specific controls to the project and ensure the quality of execution and avoid non-compliance that could delay the work
- Draft the contracts of consultants, specialists, and contractors Manage endorsements, amendments, and change orders
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior members of the Special Projects team, supporting their technical development, project execution capabilities, and overall professional growth
- Ensure the follow-up of the services rendered by the consultants (drawings, specifications, supervision or works, acceptance of works)
- Participate in the site meetings of professionals and subcontractors
- Track project costs
- Manage change orders between professionals and subcontractors for cost estimation and work execution
- Manage and follow up with contractors of all activities related to the progress of work on the construction site
- Participate in the development and updating of the day to day schedule
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Prepare and follow up on technical questions in relation to plans and specifications
- Management of customer and subcontractor payment requests
- Management and review of shop drawings and samples
- Monitor the follow ups of “Conflict Detections” when the project is carried out in BIM
- Monitor and manage deficiencies
- Participate in the analysis of the bids with the estimation team if necessary
- Travel to sites in SWO necessary
