The draftsman reports to the Director of Operations. Using Autocad and Revit, the incumbent produces various technical drawings according to the requirements of the contracts entrusted to SCV Enercor. The incumbent is part of the technical team supporting the projects, more specifically :

• Complete 3D modeling to coordinate several disciplines (architecture, structure, piping, ventilation, electricity, fire protection, etc.) in a limited space;
• Get acquainted with the drawings to be produced;
• Determine drawings components;
• Take note of the objectives and expectations of the construction department; 
• Participate in coordination meetings, when required;
• Perform required technical drawings for the execution of projects using AutoCAD and Revit softwares;
• Design manufacturing drawings for piping and ventilation ducts;
• Coordinate, in a limited space, several components (architectural, electrical, structural, sprinklers, piping, ventilation, etc.);
• Assist with the development of solutions based on technical or construction site conflicts;
• Contribute to the design of buildings' electrical and mechanical systems;
• Perform any other task related to the position.
  

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in building systems drafting;
• Diploma in buildings' systems drafting or Collegial diploma in buildings' systems engineering technology;
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT;
  
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical building systems;
• Proficient in French, both spoken and written; 
• Fluent in English, an asset;
• Good 3D vision.
