Our Client, leaders in the field of eyecare are seeking an Assistant Center Director. The Assistant Center Director will be reporting directly to the Center Director. The Assistant Center Director will be leading the team ensuring that operational goals are met. With innovation, the individual will assist the Center Director with all duties and measures involved. 

• Managing clinic resources (human, physical and financial) in an effort to provide high quality services
• Interviewing, orientations, trainings, supervising, co-evaluating (along with the Center Director) and motivating all clinic employees
• Communicating and working cooperatively and collegially with medical directors and clinic employees to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, patient satisfaction and productivity
• Updating and completing different reports and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in the clinic
• Assume different technical position in the clinic when needed.
• Providing superior service to patients
• Ensuring professionalism in all communications with existing and/or potential patients
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the clinic by using good judgement in terms of clinical operations and expenses
• Cross-training in multiple positions throughout the clinic
• Any other tasks as per required by the Center Director or management team.

• Detail oriented Experience in managing and supervising employees
• Have an ease with computer tools
• Passion for and excellent for customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with under pressure with minimal supervision, autonomous
• You are flexible to work various schedules, with some occasional evenings until 6pm, and weekends.
