Our Client, leaders in the field of Dermaceuticals is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for full-time, permanent employment. They have been leaders in the field for over 25 years by providing the highest quality Cosmetic Skin Care products and the latest in Spa and Medical Spa Equipment to clients around the globe. The objective of the Receptionist is to provide a remarkable service to clients over the phone and in person. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through phone calls and in person.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in similar role. 
  • Ability to work alone and with a team.
  • Comfortable using computers and modern software. 
  • Experience working with customer support & sales team. 
  • Bilingual in French & English.
