Our client, leaders in the field of precious metals retail is currently seeking an Executive Leader Business Strategy and Ecommerce. The Candidate possesses strong ownership and independent working skills. The Executive’s purpose is to lead the ecommerce strategy into their new market for success. The Executive takes responsibility in the three major functions; ecommerce, customer care, and market development where they will operate.

 

Description and Purpose:


As part of the Executive Team and reporting to the CEO, you will champion and guide the corporate vision, mission and values in functional management and strategic decision making. You are responsible for the strategic direction of the organization’s ecommerce initiatives while leading and overseeing the ecommerce team, customer experience team and provide thought leadership to overall management. Encourage all teams to collaborate and generate a culture of continuous development. Ensure that all services are offered with extreme professionalism to outside and inside clients.

Responsibilities

· Ownership and management of customer experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance, functionality

· Ownership and management of Internet marketing for our precious metals products including social media integration

· Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase E-Commerce sales and profitability

· Inspires and leads the Marketing team

· Develop and execute dynamic campaigns that drive growth of our precious metals products

· Ensure consistent, clear and accurate internal and external communications 

· Set the strategic direction to ensure excellent customer service at every interaction with a customer

· Ensure initiatives are taken to nurture customer relationships

· Define and monitor KPIs for the Customer Service team

· Continuous improvement of customer service 

· Responsible for marketing and sales budget and forecasting needs/resources

· Forecast staff requirements and manage resource allocation

· Give both informal and formal feedback to staff. This includes annual performance reviews as well as day-to-day feedback. Give final approval on all department’s employee evaluations

Qualifications

· Undergraduate or Graduate degree in marketing or related field

· 10-15 years of experience leading a similar role

· Strong time management & organization skills

· Excellent creative, strategic and analytical skills

· Driven, enthusiastic, results oriented

· Ability to adapt to change

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment

· Ability to manage several projects under a significant level of pressure
