Job description
Our client, leader in their field of pharmaceuticals is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager for the province of Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of implementation, training, operation, problem resolution and sales of the organization's diagnostics products within their territory. This position functions within a team environment consisting of an Account Manager, a Biopharma Territory Manager and Specialized Professional Services.
Travel is required within the province of Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Support and expand the sales and utilization of organization's Diagnostic products
- Provide onsite diagnostic product support to hospitals
- Provide Veterinary Hospitals with guidance, instruction, and training on the company Diagnostics product line through formal and informal training
- Ensure superb customer service and be able to work independently
- Understand general hospital operations including, but not limited to, laboratory and clinical procedures, practice administration, staff training and workflow
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service within a team environment
- This position provides the foundational skills for career advancement within the commercial organization
Qualifications
- Post-secondary qualification in Biological sciences, Business or Veterinary technology,
- Ability to interpret scientific and medical information
- Effective writing, public speaking and communications skills
- Demonstrated business skills
- Sales experience an asset
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Excellent judgement in conflict management and influence
- Planning and organization skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write French.
- Ability to travel - 60%
