SALARY RANGE: $84,500 - $90,000 per annum

POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Manager, Event Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that support the full Events portfolio with a specialized focus on peer-to-peer (P2P) fundraising initiatives.
This role acts as the marketing lead for all fundraising events, project-leading the creation of marketing deliverables, participant engagement tools, and campaign assets, while working in close collaboration with the Events team to build participant acquisition, retention, and fundraising success. This role sits within the Creative team within the Foundation’s Marketing & Communications department, and reports directly into the Director, Creative. The ideal candidate is a highly talented and passionate marketer with strong communications and cross-functional collaboration skills.
