WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Reporting to the Sr Director of Brand & Merchandising, the Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of our marketing calendar across various channels, support product launches, raise brand awareness and drive sales growth. The ideal Marketing Specialist will have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, excellent communication skills, and a brand-centric vision aligned with business goals.

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Assist in developing, and maintaining the marketing calendar and marketing plan to support product launches, and build on brand awareness across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the various stakeholders in various business channels to align promotional activities with business objectives and support sales growth.
  • Manage and execute initiatives outlined in the promotional calendar, for digital, wholesale, and international markets.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities and activations align with brand guidelines.
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation for marketing projects, ensuring activities align with business goals and build on furthering the brand strategy
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assist in understanding consumer trends.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and content that are consistent with the brand voice.
  • Copywriting and editing of marketing materials for packaging, product landing pages, and social media posts, maintaining a consistent brand tone and voice.
  • Coordinate photography or visual content creation as outlined in the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Assist in developing packaging, sell sheets, point-of-sale materials, and catalogs.
  • Provide support for trade shows and activations, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with brand management and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Hands on and agile outside of the box thinker
  • Illustrator and In-Design knowledge is an asset
