Maintenance staff exhibit a solid work ethic, dependability and basic janitorial and maintenance skills. This position demands strength and stamina for heavy lifting and physical labor.

This position requires high levels of energy, service-oriented personality, and willingness to interact with clientele of all ages and abilities. Maintenance staff must take pride in their work and have a level of independence to recognize and follow up with ensuring camp facilities are always well maintained and looking their best. 

• General daily cleaning duties around all common areas, restock cleaning materials
• General upkeep and maintenance of the camp
• Garbage/recycling collection and disposal around common areas
• Maintenance of physical grounds - mowing lawn, repairs, painting…
• Assist with maintenance projects
• May be called upon to assist Facilities Manager in repair projects/tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment and tools in good working order
• Assist with equipment/program set up as needed
• Other tasks as required
