Candidates in this position are expected to demonstrate good work ethic, dependability and team work. Kitchen staff are responsible for providing our campers three meals a day, in a timely manner. This position requires high levels of energy, teamwork and a willingness to work with clientele of all ages and abilities.

• Participation in all pre-camp training, activities, and site set-up
• Assist with preparing and serving daily camp menu (three meals)
• Adhering to dietary restrictions, as required
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and sanitized
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Follow all sanitary and Health Canada guidelines
• Other tasks as required
