As a member of the kitchen leadership team, the Assistant Kitchen Manager supports the Kitchen Manager in setting a positive example for staff by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. They contribute to team success by encouraging cooperation, supporting daily operations, and helping maintain high standards in work quality, attitude, and behaviour. This role helps foster a culture of accountability where each team member understands their responsibilities and contributes to shared goals.
