Based on Diabsolut's continued growth, we are hiring a Resource Management Analyst to staff consulting projects across our Salesforce and Certinia practice. Resource management is the core of this job and always comes first. You'll match project needs with consultant skills and availability, keep utilization data accurate in Certinia PS Cloud, and give leadership a clear view of capacity so they can plan to hire. Alongside staffing, you'll handle Operations ticket requests in Azure DevOps and help keep CRM, PSA and contract records accurate.

Key responsibilities:

• Resource management (primary focus) Assign consultants, developers, architects and project managers to projects based on skills, availability and project needs.
• Own the accuracy of resource requests: make sure each one is created correctly in Certinia PS Cloud and updated as roles, skills, dates or hours change.
• Work with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Presales and Sales to forecast staffing from the pipeline and get projects staffed before kickoff.
• Track short- and long-term capacity by team, and catch under- or over-allocation early.
• Keep forecasts, assignments, availability and utilization current in Certinia PS Cloud.
• Build and analyze utilization reports, then use them to advise leadership on hiring, subcontracting or cross-training.
• Give consultants early notice of upcoming assignments, transitions and roll-offs. Improve resource management processes, tools and reports over time.
• Day-to-day operations support (as time allows) Work through Operations ticket requests in Azure DevOps, from intake to completion.

This is the top priority within operations support.

• Keep the internal CRM and the Certinia PSA system accurate and up to date. File new and updated contracts in the SharePoint and MS Teams repository, and keep it organized.
• Handle the admin side of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Update operations process documentation as processes change.
• Help with occasional requests as needed, such as vendor setups or corporate gift orders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 in resource management in a professional services or consulting firm.
• Hands-on experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool. Certinia PS Cloud is ideal;
• Salesforce or a similar platform also works. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn utilization and capacity data into staffing decisions. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel especially), plus MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Clear, confident communicator in written and spoken English, comfortable working directly with leaders and consultants across countries and time zones.
• Able to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment. Works independently from general direction, with sharp attention to detail.
• Handles confidential employee and client information with discretion.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior work at a Salesforce implementation partner or consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce delivery roles (Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, Developer and so on).
• Salesforce or Certinia certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Certinia PSA Specialist.
• Experience supporting global or distributed delivery teams. Some background in administrative or operations support.
