Role: Account Executive – Partner & Ecosystem

Sales Location: North America (Remote)

Position Description

As part of Diabsolut’s continued growth, we are expanding our Sales team with an experienced Account Executive focused on building and monetizing relationships within our vendor and partner ecosystem (Salesforce and Certinia). This fully remote role is open to candidates across North America with a preference for Montreal or Toronto.The role is hybrid in those two centers.

This position is ideal for a relationship-driven AE who thrives in partner-led sales and stakeholder management, enjoys working closely with vendor Account Executives, and can take opportunities from early alignment through closed revenue. You will play a critical role in strengthening Diabsolut’s presence across our strategic vendor community while driving net-new and expansion opportunities.

The role is measured in three ways: your inputs- how you execute in your territory (activity, relationship building, event attendance), your results (deal velocity) and your strategic approach to your business, (Outcomes focus, executive alignment, Stakeholder management). We see massive success when our AEs align to these disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Positively differentiate yourself and Diabsolut in every interaction.

• Develop and manage revenue opportunities through vendor and technology partners, with a strong focus on AE-to-AE relationship building

• Establish Diabsolut as a trusted services partner within the vendor sales community

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through partner referrals, co-selling initiatives, and joint account planning

• Proactively engage vendor Account Executives to identify whitespace, expansion opportunities, and joint pursuits

• Own the sales process end-to-end, from opportunity qualification to contract close

• Collaborate closely with internal delivery, solution, and leadership teams to position Diabsolut effectively in partner-led deals • Operate your territory as an owner- with urgency, accountability and transparency.

• Support and orchestrate pre-sales activities including solution positioning, custom demos, RFP/RFX responses, and proposal development

• Leverage CRM tools to track partner-sourced opportunities, deal progress, and forecasting

• Represent Diabsolut as the primary point of contact for assigned partner-driven opportunities

• Participate in regular sales, partner, and go-to-market meetings

• Adopt best practice discipline and rigor in keeping our CRM and other relevant tools up to date

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Account Executive selling professional services, consulting, or technology services

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through a data driven approach

• Strong background working with vendor ecosystems, partner channels, or alliance-led sales motions

• Demonstrated success building and maintaining peer-level relationships with vendor Account Executives

• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

• Experience in responding to RFPs and leading structured sales processes

• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to business outcomes

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and demonstrably sound judgment

• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

• Familiarity and comfort in using AI to perform your role
