Reporting to the Creative Director, the production graphic designer will participate in the design and development of various print communication tools and will be mainly responsible for the production of packaging and instruction booklets. The applicant will also support the sales team and participate in various related tasks in a rapidly growing company. Working as part of a small team, the applicant will have to demonstrate good adaptability, flexibility, conscientiousness, and great attention to detail.


The applicant will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

·Designing a variety of product packaging, instruction booklets, displays, and a variety of other print projects;

· Ensuring compliance with the brand image and graphic standards on all graphic material;

· Ensuring that the concepts and the work delivered are complete and that their quality exceeds industry standards;

· Coordinating and monitoring projects with other internal departments and external suppliers;

· Preparing and transferring files for printing and production;

· Keeping shared files and reference documents up to date and complying with naming conventions for file organization;

· Contributing to communication and marketing efforts and strategy.


· Training in graphic design or computer graphics. WORK EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.


· Bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English);

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite software;

· Knowledge of preprint and printing processes;

· Basic knowledge of WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint;

· Attention to detail, conscientiousness, flexibility, and good resistance to stress.

· Creativity and interest in design and creative processes;

· Creative sense and design skills;

· Priority management, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and to work as a team;
