Job description
Provides essential executive administrative support to the Executive Director and the Leadership Team and coordinates activities to help maximize organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Continuous re-organization and prioritization of the Executive Director’s calendar and keeping track of internal and external speaking engagements
- Organization and coordination of meetings
- Minute taking and timely follow-up on action items
- Timely preparation/compilation of, and follow-up, on reports
- Timely coordination of day-to-day activities and correspondence
- Timely booking of conferences and/or travel arrangements
- Regular creation and update of various documents (i.e., presentations, templates, etc.)
- Pro-active handling of correspondence (i.e., directs information to the right source, drafts correspondence, forwards e-mails for action, etc.)
