As part of Diabsolut's continued growth, we are hiring for a Vice President, Professional Services position, this is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the professional services organization serving clients within the High Tech and Professional Services industries. This role leads delivery tailored to the unique needs of the High Tech and Professional Services industry teams, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, business growth, and profitability. The VP has full P&L ownership for the division and works collaboratively with sales, product, and executive leadership to align services with both industry demands and company objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the professional services division focused within their industry verticals.
- Lead and manage a specialized team of consultants, architects, and project/program managers with expertise in industry-specific solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, margin management, budgeting, and operational efficiency for the team.
- Ensure the successful delivery of complex consulting engagements that address industry-specific challenges and compliance requirements. Collaborate with sales and presales to support pipeline development, proposal creation, and client retention strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in IT consulting methodologies, tools, and client engagement processes. Establish and nurture executive relationships within client organizations, positioning the division as a trusted technology advisor.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on divisional performance metrics including project delivery quality, financial results, and client satisfaction. Lead talent acquisition, coaching, and retention within the division to build and sustain high-performance teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of IT consulting or professional services experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Proven success managing a professional services division in a consulting organization with full P&L accountability. Deep understanding of High Tech and Professional Services industries business processes, IT challenges, regulations, and technology trends. Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of building specialized consulting teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with demonstrated experience engaging C-level executives. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, presales, marketing, and industry teams in a matrixed organization.
- Proven record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in a focused business unit. Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical acumen. Thought leadership presence within the High Tech and Professional Services industries.
