Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager within our Diabsolut division. We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, who will report to the Director of the Project Management Office. While this position is remote, successful candidates will be expected to travel up to 30%, based on the need of the project.

As a member of Diabsolut, the IT Project Manager is a key player in leading multiple IT implementation projects at once. Your role will involve providing consulting, being a subject matter expert, and maintaining and growing client relationships. In addition, you will also be expected to provide leadership in the areas of project monitoring, scoping, delivery, user training and budget management. This candidate will actively participate in critical initiatives impacting change and driving project success. The successful candidate will be expected to work during Eastern hours to serve our North American clientele; from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am IST, 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, and 8:30 pm to 5:00 am PHT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to closure while adhering to Diabsolut’s Project Management Office (PMO) methodology
  • Manage multiple projects and/or programs while adhering to Diabsolut’s Project Management Office and Project Management Institute methodology
  • Manage 5-10 project team members
  • Lead client team members and partner with internal Diabsolut employees as required
  • Report projects progress to Diabsolut’s PMO and Leadership teams on an a weekly and as needed basis
  • Proactively resolve and escalate issues as they arise
  • Monitor and manage project’s hour allocations, scope and schedule to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on budget and with quality per Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables
  • Manage client weekly status meetings and all project communications
  • Facilitate client project steering committees and governance meetings as required
  • Manage scope, issues and mitigate risk to ensure profitability and successful execution
  • Facilitate change management; execute change control and impact practices for change requests
  • Manage budgets to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, contributing to estimates, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Assist in the review and updating of SOW and new opportunity proposals
  • Manage and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders, clients and third party vendors
  • Be a trusted advisor to the client, understanding the client’s end-to-end business, their challenges, goals and areas of future growth
  • Be responsible to improve and enforce Diabsolut's PMO methodology
  • Lead and deploy specific PMO processes, project management tools and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations
  • Identify trends, perform reviews, determine improvements and solutions, and implement action plans
  • Rescue troubled projects
  • Deliver training internally on Project Management and PMO processes
  • Identify training needs and evaluate team members' competencies
  • Provide mentorship to all Project Managers and guidance to project team members as required, ensuring team members are equipped and able to execute project tasks
  • Travel to the client’s site on an as needed basis


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of experience with IT implementations preferably Workforce Management, Customer Relationship Management
  • Enterprise Resource Planning, Asset Management or integrated IT solutions with Salesforce experience

Requirements and Skills:

  • Advanced project management understanding of scope, resource, quality, risk and issue management
  • Proficiency in using Project Management tools
  • Thorough understanding of the software implementation lifecycle
  • Strong experience in a consulting role
  • Excellent client and/or account management skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization and hands-on experience leading meetings
  • Ability to build teams and support complex projects
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Support and motivate the project team to a successful project completion
  • Ability to build strong client and vendor relationships

  • Experience as Team Lead or Functional Lead
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince, etc.)
  • Scrum Certification
  • Experience writing Statements of Work and/or business proposals
