Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Specialist intern for our Diabsolut Inc.’s Client Care Group in our Bangalore location (Remote).
As a member of the Diabsolut team, the intern will primarily focus on technical support and consulting efforts, as well as some development and supporting any ongoing projects and application of Salesforce and ClickSoftware’s product offerings.
• Provide thorough end-user technical support via email and ticketing platform to resolve customer issues in a professional and prompt manner
• Troubleshoot end-user application problems
• Clearly communicate technical information, concepts, and solutions in a professional and friendly manner
• Develop workarounds to difficult problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Log customer problems and solutions as required and provide reports and summaries
• Assist in testing products for end-user requirement and compatibility in various local and network environments
• Participate with the implementation of Salesforce suite of product offerings
• Hands on involvement in the development of product functionality
• Develop & unit test applications in accordance with established standards based on Design Documents
• Assist in testing and debugging implemented functionality
• Provide application user support and software and application documentation
• Package and support deployment of releases
• Provide technical support to the customer
Also note for this role, shift work may be required and is compensated for.
Shift Timings: 3:30 PM TO 12:30 AM IST
• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science (Must have graduated in 2021 or expected completion in 2022, 2023)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong focus on prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
• Ability to work in a group and adaptability to all types of environments
• Ability to “think outside the box” and have the tenacity to succeed despite obstacles would be a definite plus.
