Angelcare Group is currently seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate about building and developing the foundation of a new division in North America. Responsabilités

  • Liaise with manufacturers representatives, distributors and buying groups and develop relationships and sales with selected strategic accounts to increase sales and distribution of Angelcare products in Canada and the U.S. in a B2B environment.
  • Help build the B2B structure within the organization and implement, manage and measure promotional initiatives and spending with business partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships by assisting business partners with sales and marketing requests.
  • Develop sales presentations and related materials in conjunction with marketing and business partner presentations.
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in key industry trade shows, distributor shows and retailer meetings, identifying opportunities and measuring ROI.
  • Present and secure distribution of new products.
  • Train sales partners on current and future products and related sales materials.
  • Provide product knowledge training as needed and ensure understanding of competitive advantages and key messages.
  • Utilize internal data to conduct quarterly business reviews with channel partners to ensure goals are being met.
  • Manage and ensure distribution of commercial samples.
  • Update and distribute price lists to channel partners.
  • Assume financial and budgetary responsibility by ensuring the accuracy of commission payments and deductions to business partners on a monthly basis.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning and budgeting process and execute the business plan to meet regional sales goals and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales/marketing tools.
  • Monitor competition in terms of products, pricing and commercial presence. Communicate the values of the organization in our business relationships.
  • Any other duties related to the development of the position.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business, marketing, or related field. Any combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
  • Professional attitude, self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional and personal growth.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Available to work long and irregular hours, including days, evenings and weekends.

Expérience

  • 7 to 10 years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality, healthcare, animal health and/or public sector is a PLUS.
  • 5-7 years of North American sales and business development experience is a PLUS.
