  • Proactively anticipate needs, ensuring leadership is well-prepared for meetings, travel, and business decisions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the ELT.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, and prepare reports, presentations and other required documents ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a high standard of detail.
  • Act as a liaison between the President, ELT, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Support and advise the administrative staff, and ensure cross-functional teams stay aligned.
  • Establish strong connections with other EAs, industry leaders, government officials, and business executives.

  • 8+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or administrative leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, with expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can confidently engage with executives, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Experience with event planning, including executive meetings and corporate functions.
